- Setup: names, wedding date, total budget, venue capacity, guest groups, up to 6 meal options and up to 30 tables
- Guests: 400 rows, one per person, grouped by household, with guest type, plus-one, RSVP, meal, dietary notes, table, address, gift and thank-you. Missing details get flagged
- Seating: capacity, seated and open seats for each table, over-capacity warnings, a roster per table and a list of who still needs a seat
- Caterer Counts: adults, children, infants and vendor meals, meals by guest type and dietary notes with names and tables. One page to print
- Budget: estimated, contracted and paid by category, with a running total and an over-budget warning
- Payments: vendors, contract totals, deposits, balances and due dates, with overdue flags and the next 5 payments due

- 400 rows, one per person.
- Does it make a visual seating chart?
- No. It gives you tables, capacity and name lists, which you can print for your venue.
