- Setup: wage, payroll burden, supplies, travel, monthly overhead, billable hours, target margin and minimum charge. Shows your true cost per labor hour
- Rates: your own time standards by square footage, rooms, service type and condition, plus up to 15 add-ons and recurring discounts
- Residential Quote: square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, service, condition, pets, frequency and add-ons become hours, cost, price and margin
- Commercial Quote: square feet, production rate and visits per week become monthly hours, cost, bid and price per square foot
- Quote Sheet: a clean quote to print and send. Your costs and margin stay off the page
- Job Log: 1,000 rows comparing estimated and actual hours, with profit and margin per job. Loss-making jobs get flagged

Questions
- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay once, and the files are yours to keep.
- Is this the same as the two single templates?
- Yes. Same files, sold together for less. If you already own one of them, you only need the other one.
- Does it tell me what to charge in my city?
- No. It calculates from your costs and target margin. Check your local market too.
- Can I use it next year?
- Yes. Change the year on the bookkeeping Setup tab. The calculator has no year.
- Designed by me with the help of digital tools, including AI, then tested formula by formula
- Digital product: nothing will be shipped
- Set it up on a computer in Excel or Google Sheets (not tested in Apple Numbers). The Etsy app can't open downloads: use etsy.com › Purchases
- Requires Microsoft Excel 2010+ / Microsoft 365, or a free Google account for Google Sheets
- Formulas are protected from accidental edits (no password). Starter numbers are editable examples, not market rates
