Refunds & returns

Because these are instant digital downloads, returns, exchanges and cancellations aren't accepted once your files are available. This is the same policy shown on every listing on Etsy.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't open, a formula shows an error, or a template doesn't match its description, send me a message on Etsy or email hello@profitex.pro. I'll help you get it working or send you a corrected file.

Etsy's buyer policies

Your order is placed on Etsy, so Etsy's own buyer policies, including Etsy Purchase Protection, also apply under Etsy's terms.

Before you buy

Every listing shows the real tabs of the workbook in its images, and each template comes with a filled-in DEMO file. If you're not sure a template fits what you need, message me first and I'll tell you honestly.
